1. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use this platform.

2. Account Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Bidding Rules. All bids placed on the platform are binding offers. Once submitted, a bid may not be withdrawn except at the sole discretion of Kenic Auctions administrators. Bidders must ensure they have sufficient funds or payment capability to honor any winning bid.

4. Auction Conduct. Users must not engage in shill bidding, collusion, bid manipulation, or any other conduct intended to unfairly influence the outcome of an auction. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending transactions.

5. Payment and Fees. Winning bidders are required to complete payment within the timeframe specified for each auction. Kenic Auctions may charge service or transaction fees, which will be disclosed prior to purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in penalties, including account suspension.

6. Domain Transfer. Upon successful payment, domain transfer will be initiated in accordance with applicable domain registry rules and timelines. Kenic Auctions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party registries or incomplete transfer information provided by the buyer.

7. Seller Obligations. Sellers listing domains for auction warrant that they hold legitimate ownership or authorization to sell the listed domain(s) and that the domain is free of disputes, encumbrances, or pending litigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct. Users may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.

9. Limitation of Liability. Kenic Auctions provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenic Auctions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Privacy. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to such collection and processing for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination. Kenic Auctions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or posing a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms. Kenic Auctions may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
